Denise will be offering Yoga and Ayurvedic massage every Wednesday.

Denise's Yoga sessions are nourishing for the body and mind, incorporating creative movement, breath work and meditation.
Denise is a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance trained teacher who brings her love and knowledge of these practices into every session, making them accessible and fun for all. Her classes are based around the seasons and the natural world, staying in rhythm with the flow of life!
