This session focuses on balancing our energy through breathwork practices and meditation. We will also explore gentle balancing postures in the physical body, inviting a sense of feeling grounded and centred.

This class offers slow, fluid movements and deep breathing. With a focus on
surrendering to each moment, we will create a feeling of ease and comfort.
